The team behind VIVIN comes from one of Europe's largest coliving and proptech groups. Hundreds of beds, dozens of properties, thousands of bookings a year. They lived the chaos first-hand: spreadsheets, five different platforms, hours lost to tasks that should take seconds.
They searched the market for a platform built for coliving and flex living. Nothing truly fit. So they built it themselves.
